As a stay-at-home-mum I am weary of having trades-people in my home, however Martin’s on time arrival and friendly demeanour was a pleasant surprise. Whilst having an amazing work ethic and diligently laying our carpet, Martin never once was rude to my son or asked him to leave despite being barraged with questions. Hands down 10/10 for excellent service.

We needed a patch up done where a built in wall unit was removed. I contacted ECC and no problem for them to come out and do the job! Luckily we had a big enough spare piece of carpet from 15 years ago! Looks fantastic and we have a new room. “No job too small” for this company. And all with a smile and very friendly communication. I could not have been happier with how promptly and professionally Martin installed my carpet! It was a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
I cannot give high enough praise for both Gabby and Marty. Originally they installed carpet for my master bedroom, finding for me the highest quality carpet at a significantly lower price than I was anticipating! Then a year later, they installed carpet in my 3 other bedrooms. Due to the nature of dye lots, Gabby sourced several samples of similar colours and quality, brought them to my home and spent over an hour comparing hues in the daylight and evening to ensure there was the least amount of variance.
Marty is an incredibly strong and diligent worker. He wastes no time and I was gobsmacked at his efficiency and talent. He left every room immaculate and kindly helped rehang the door I had been struggling with. Excellent team. You will not be disappointed!!!
